Tasting	Raspberry, blackberry and liquorice aromas. Soft and silky tannins with a very round and rich final note.
Type of wine	Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon
Techniques	Traditional fermentation in cement vats during 8-10 days, with risings, followed by growing in a vat. Some of the growing is done in new oak barrels.
